Still deciding between plans?
The moment you pay your deposit. The full fee comes off your trip total, so a $220 couple's fee on a $5,000 trip means you pay $4,780 in total. If you decide not to book, the fee covers the designer's time and isn't refunded.
We earn a commission from hotels and local partners, the same way every agency does, but we don't add a hidden markup on top. The price you see is at or below what you'd pay booking the same room directly; if you find it cheaper on the hotel's own site, we'll match it.
Yes. Upgrading from Tailor-made to Concierge just costs the difference. Moving from Concierge down to Tailor-made isn't possible once revisions have started, because the extra work has already been done.
Three to eight people travelling on one shared route, even if they fly from different cities. Families with children count as a group from three people. For nine or more, or for corporate retreats, we'll quote separately.
Usually not. For a long weekend in Paris, Tailor-made is plenty. Concierge earns its keep on trips with lots of moving parts: multi-country honeymoons, milestone birthdays, or anything with a dinner reservation you'd be gutted to miss.
